A message from Pirate Ship (the shipping site I use):
In order to make sure your packages arrive before the 25th, here's the dates to ship by
- USPS First Class Package: Ship by December 17th
- USPS Priority Mail: December 18th
- USPS Priority Mail Express and UPS Next Day Air: December 23rd
- International: November 29th for Africa, Central America, and South America- and by December 6th for the rest of the world
Post offices experience a much higher volume of mail during the holidays, which can cause delays. If your order/present for someone may not arrive in time, print out a picture and put it in a cute decorated envelope! <3
Shipping available in the US and internationally!
First, do not be alarmed by the differing shipping costs on each product. The shipping cost will only be charged ONCE based on the product in your cart that has the highest shipping cost. For example, if you order a sticker with a shipping cost of $1.50, an embroidery hoop with a shipping cost of $12, and an necklace with a shipping cost of $4.50, then your total shipping cost would only be $12!
Second, your package will be "delivered" twice: once to the US sorting center and once to your destination country. For example, a package I shipped to the UK was first delivered to Miami, and then to the UK. International packages come with a tracking number, however, some areas have transportation shortages, which may cause delays in tracking updates.
The website should automatically calculate exchange rates for each country. Please allow at least 3 weeks for package delivery.
Please note: COVID has caused significant delays with the postal service.
I ship with USPS and pirate ship labels so I have tracked shipping! If you are unable to track your package or your package never arrives, email or direct message me on Twitter or Instagram, and we will try to locate your package! If you live in the US, I would also recommend signing up for USPS informed delivery; it’s easy and free!
-Please, please double check and make sure you entered the correct address before submitting your order. If you have entered the wrong address and contact me ASAP(preferably within 2 hours of submitting your order), I will fix your address if I have not sent your order off to ship yet. I am not responsible for mail once it has been shipped.
In an effort to help the planet and be more sustainable, orders may come in recycled boxes or bubble mailers, and things such as thank you notes or care instructions may be written on recycled paper. I pack all orders with love for you and love for the planet ❤️
- DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item(s) arrive broken or damaged, let me know exactly what the problem is (along with a picture), and we can discuss the best resolution. I do not accept returns or exchanges(unless that is the agreement we've reached).
- EMBROIDERY HOOP DISCLAIMER
-Each embroidery piece made is hand stitched and not machine embroidery. So therefore lines may be a little wonky or not straight etc. Also there may be miniscule differences between two identical pieces. Think of them like snowflakes, no 2 are exactly alike!
-Embroidery hoop prices may vary by design complexity
-Note: I use heat erasable pens to draw designs onto the fabric. These may reappear if hoop has been sitting in cold areas or during shipping in cold weather. It can be fixed by simply running a hair dryer over your design until it disappears again!
-"Why is there only one of each?" From sketching to framing, a lot goes into each embroidery hoop. I like to offer a variety as opposed to just a lot of the same one thing. If the embroidery hoop you wanted is sold out, shoot me a message! We can discuss making it a commission (see commissions page), or if enough people are interested in the design, I will make more for my next update!
- EMBROIDERED CLOTHING
All embroidered shirts have stitching secured with adhesive backing. For best care of your purchase, always machine wash warm with a mild detergent. Do not use chlorine bleach or optical brightening agents. Tumble dry low or dry clean. I am not responsible for any damaged garments due to improper care or washing.
Note: The reason the only size available right now is medium is because I had to use myself for measurements. If you want to request a design in your size, message me!
